THE ORIGINAL NETWORK
Subamerica is Muse’s independent music, art and performance network—and a working expression of the technology: curated programming, creator portals and direct-to-fan commerce in one destination.
Shoppable Networks brings that foundation into a licensing proposition for your own brand. Your creator agreements, payment configuration and business model are established for your deployment.
A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Good questions.
Useful answers.
Shoppable Networks is the licensed media and commerce technology behind Subamerica. It brings channel programming, six TV feed integrations, branded web and mobile-web experiences, creator destinations and direct commerce into a connected platform for your own network.
The codebase includes feed integrations for Roku, Fire TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Apple TV and Google TV. Native app packaging, current device compatibility, regional availability, account setup, app-store review and publication are validated and scoped for each licensee.
Commerce behavior depends on the device and implementation. Supported web experiences can show product details and purchase links. Supported video workflows can display QR codes that send a TV viewer to a phone-based destination, where checkout takes place. Universal in-TV checkout or QR support is not implied.
Supported workflows include merchandise, print-on-demand products through Printify, event tickets, paid memberships and tips. Stripe supports payment and connected-account workflows. The deployment defines the integrations, merchant responsibilities and creator agreements.
The annual technology license starts at $50,000 USD, with a $75,000 USD one-time implementation fee: $125,000 USD in starting first-year fees. Branding, integrations, rollout, support, usage and third-party costs are scoped for the deployment.
Shoppable Networks is the current name for the technology previously presented as Expression Cloud. Subamerica is the original Muse-owned music, art and performance network built on that technology. A license lets another organization build its own branded deployment; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or automatically adopt Subamerica’s creator revenue split.
No placement is implied. TV feed support, native app publication and carriage on a third-party FAST service, cable system or broadcast network are different arrangements. Any required carriage or partner agreement is assessed separately.
Yes. Discovery, implementation, content preparation, commerce configuration, testing, training and managed operations can be connected around your launch. The engagement defines the included work, milestones, acceptance criteria and ongoing responsibilities.
